PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES
Russell Investment Collective, Inc. may accept payment for clearly described property-related services, including the Property Stewardship Strategy Session. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise disclosed. Payments may be processed through an authorized third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms.
Payment for a service does not constitute an investment, property purchase, escrow deposit, securities purchase, ownership interest, or payment for investment management. The company does not accept investor funds, property-purchase funds, escrow deposits, securities purchases, public investments, or funds for investment management through this website.
The scope, price, delivery timeline, cancellation conditions, and refund eligibility for each paid service will be disclosed before payment is accepted. Additional terms may be included in a separately accepted written service agreement.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A Property Stewardship Strategy Session may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
If Russell Investment Collective, Inc. cancels an appointment, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.
SERVICE DELIVERY
The Property Stewardship Strategy Session is delivered virtually. It includes a pre-session questionnaire, a 60-minute virtual consultation, and a written summary of observations and suggested next steps. The written summary is generally delivered within five business days following the completed consultation.
This service does not include brokerage, appraisal, engineering, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
CHANGES, INQUIRIES AND CONTACT
